I’m pretty skeptical about taking supplements, especially through a gummy-like candy but once I saw the natural ingredients in these GUMvees, I was willing to give it a shot and am so glad I did!! I like supporting a small local company as well, and their website makes it easy to order. I definitely noticed a difference in my muscle composition after starting the creatine gummies! I’m not a gym goer but I do hot yoga regularly and hike and I’m able to power through with more ease than I have in the past. I can physically see a difference as well, more toned in my arms and thighs. The mango flavor is yummy, which is a bonus! Not too sweet either. I highly recommend.

Having the combination of electrolytes and carbohydrate (sugar) is literally the best for anyone doing endurance activities (biking, hiking, running). I will definitely be using these for mountain biking this summer to keep me refueled! The salted watermelon flavor is also AMAZING!
