I’m pretty skeptical about taking supplements, especially through a gummy-like candy but once I saw the natural ingredients in these GUMvees, I was willing to give it a shot and am so glad I did!! I like supporting a small local company as well, and their website makes it easy to order. I definitely noticed a difference in my muscle composition after starting the creatine gummies! I’m not a gym goer but I do hot yoga regularly and hike and I’m able to power through with more ease than I have in the past.
