Where we ship

We ship to addresses in Canada and the United States. We don't ship to other countries at this time.

Shipping rates (Canada)

  • Orders of $50 CAD or more: free standard shipping
  • Orders under $50 CAD: $5.99 flat rate

Subscriptions follow the same rates.

Shipping rates (United States)

  • Orders of US$50 or more: free standard shipping
  • Orders under US$50: US$9.99 flat rate

Delivery times

Orders ship from our facility in Edmonton, Alberta. Most orders within Canada arrive in 3-5 business days. US orders usually take a few days longer.

Remote addresses

We can't ship to remote locations our carriers don't service. If your address can't be reached, we'll contact you before shipping.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll work with the carrier to make it right.
